These are the themes comprising the DAB810 Architectural design project in generating an architecture or system of architecture responding to parliament or Canberra. The level of specificity, detail, complexity, realism, innovation and scale of the design are all unknown at this stage similar to the conceptual design brief for such an architecture. This is the first stage, generating a vision or strategy through identifying key issues within Canberra and Parliament: this can then form the basis for an architectural response. I anticipate there is going to be high levels of brainstorming/investigation/research/precedent analysis throughout this process of brief construction due to the obscurity and broad nature of this design problem.
